Kat has a thriving online community inside of her app of devout yogi’s that are revolutionizing their bodies and minds through this practice.

When Kat isn’t teaching she is practicing, playing music, spending time in nature with her 5 year old daughter and working to support visionaries and soul led humans to align to their path. Teaching is one of Kat’s greatest joys.
