  • Sound Bath

    Sound baths soothe the nervous system, promoting deep rest and peace. In a sound bath, participants lie in savasana as sound waves from selected instruments encourage relaxation and renewal. Resting allows the body to heal effectively. A 45-minute sound bath can equate to three hours of sleep by aligning brainwaves to delta and theta frequencies. Classes may feature gentle breathwork and light movement to prepare for the experience. Instruments used include Grotta Sonora Gongs, Crystal Tones Singing Bowls, BioSonics Tuning Forks, and Koshi Chimes.

  • Subtle Body Yoga

    Subtle Body yoga is a kundalini-inspired class focusing on awareness and energetic shifts through postures, breathing, and chanting. The class combines dynamic and still postures, emphasizing witnessing your experience. This Wednesday evening session aims to rejuvenate your physical body and energy, featuring a sound bath savasana. Benefits include stress release, improved immunity and respiratory function, a nervous system tune-up, and deep rest in savasana.

  • Slow Flow

    Mindful movement set to the pace of your breath is the foundation of Slo Flow. Slow does not mean easy. In fact, slowing down can challenge your mind and body as you are invited to focus on the breath, stay in postures for enough time to observe the flow of energy they create and make your practice a moving meditation. Let all the work integrate with a blissful savasana sound bath. This class is for all levels.

  • Reiki Sound Bath

    Experience sounds, vibrations, and Reiki energy this afternoon. “Rei” means universal, and “ki" is life force energy. Reiki is an ancient Japanese healing method that channels energy through light touch or no touch. Sound frequencies from bowls, chimes, and instruments help restore your body, harmonizing with its self-healing system. Reiki further enhances this, leaving you refreshed and rejuvenated.

  • Restorative Yoga & Sound Bath

    A chill pill with no negative side effects. Restorative yoga uses ample props for maximum comfort and support. Restorative yoga offers a gentle and soothing way to access more ease and peace in the body and mind. Let tension unwind and melt away as you rest in feel good postures while you are bathed in the sounds of crystal bowls, gongs, tuning forks and more. 

    This class is the perfect antidote to the go-go-go pace of a modern lifestyle.

  • Strong Flow

    Strong flow invites you to challenge yourself with advanced postures. This does not mean fast. The practice is still informed and led by the breath with plenty of options and guidance to take your poses to the next level. This class is perfect if you want to explore and play with variations of traditional postures and give yourself a challenge. Class concludes with a sweet sound bath savasana to integrate the work and balance it with deep rest.

  • Therapeutic Yoga

    Join this rejuvenating Therapeutic Yoga class featuring gentle movements, strengthening asanas, breathwork, guided meditation, yoga Nidra, Chi Gong, chanting, and deep relaxation. Each weekly session focuses on the Vayus, chakras, seasons, and self-love to help connect with your true essence. Suitable for all levels, classes aim to meet individual needs. Come as you are!

  • Yin*Yoga Nidra*Sound Bath

    This class offers a blissful experience for the body and mind. Yin yoga features gentle, meditative floor postures held for several minutes, using props for accessibility. It calms the nervous system, releases connective tissues, and enhances the flow of subtle energy. After opening the body's pathways, participants engage in yoga nidra, a deep meditative state fostering subconscious access. The class concludes with a soothing sound bath savasana. Benefits include improved sleep, energy, mood, flexibility, and reduced muscle tension and stress.

  • Gentle Movement & Meditation

    This class explores various meditation techniques to help individuals connect with themselves. Techniques include sitting, breathing, guided imagery, movement, and chanting. Each form offers unique benefits like relaxation, mental clarity, and improved mood. Students will begin with gentle movement to reduce stress and prepare for meditation, along with practical self-care tips from a trained psychotherapist and meditation/yoga instructor. This class serves as a weekly opportunity to quiet the mind, feel grounded, and inspire healthy habits. Open to all levels and body types; no experience necessary.

  • Community Yoga & Sound Bath

    Join us for a community yoga class led by a recent graduate of our yoga teacher training program. Class style will vary week by week, depending on the instructor.
