Conscious Connected Breathing

Conscious Connected Breathwork or (CCB) is a style of breathing with an open mouth. There is a strong inhale + a passive exhale for about 50 minutes. This type of breathing alters our blood chemistry and allows the mind to shut off and the body to speak its truth. Cari will be guiding you throughout your journey, you may enter into an altered state yet you will always be aware and have control at all times. Please read the waiver for contraindications.
