Beginner Yoga Workshop

If you are new to yoga or just coming back to the practice after some time away this workshop is for you. We will go through foundational yoga postures focusing on safety and listening to cues from the body. Expect to work on sun salutations, warrior poses, balancing postures and some meditation and breathing techniques for a well-rounded practice. Of course we will end with a savasana sound bath and some tea.
